VId.1    Section Fortino - Lagonegro   16 km

Following a longer break as I had reached the southern end of E1 on the mainland in Fortino I continued hiking. There being no E1 I planned to follow more or less the Sientiero Italia to Reggio Calabri. Today my goal was to arrive at Lagonegro.

It became another very warm day. During a break in the sun I dried out my tent. In Lagonegro I staid at a hotel and very much enjoyed a shower. For dinner I had once more piza.
