I had spent the night at the youth hostel in Swinemünde / Swinoujscie. The service offered differs quite a bit from German youth hostels. There where no meals offered, neither breakfast nor lunch or dinner. I continued from were I had stopped from my walk through Mecklenburg-West Pomerania and took the ferry across the river Swine. Upon leaving the ferry and passing the railway level crossing the path follows the River Swine in southerly direction. I passed on a paved road through Klüss / Klicz and Werder / Ognica. Here the E9 turns towards east and becomes quiet on a forest path towards Pritter / Przytor. I continued through the village on a paved road again. Directly adjacent to the E9 there is a small grocery. In Hafenhorst / Lunowa E9 continous on sand streight ahead while the road turns off towards north. Shortly after leaving Hafenhorst / Lunowa I entered the National Park Wollin / Wolinski. There are fantastic views across lake "Großer Vietziger See" of Stettiner Haff and the villages of Lebbin / Lubin and Kalkofen / Wapnica. The path became very wet and partly overgrown. Soon I followed a forest road with a power line until reaching European road 65 shortly before arriving at Misdroy / Miedzyzdroje. This stretch does not correspond with the map but is well marked. The E9 continues on the easterly bank of a wet low land into Misdroy / Misdzyzdroje. I staid on the westerly bank to spend the night at the local camp ground.
