Following a late breakfast we had a long climb ahead of us. Soon it became on a sunny day. The climb up to the pass below Tuc de Latuhe was quite exausting. Then it was down to Loudenville. This is a steep descent in the open without any shade. Some parts where rather slow moving. Finally we arrived in town and had a late lunch at the local Carrefour. We where not done for the day. Ahead of us was a very hot climb out of the valley until we found a reasonable site for the night. Just short of Cabane d'Ourtiga by river Ruisseau d'Aube we set up our tents.
