Today we left the Pyrenees. In the morning it was downhill to Montbolo were the mining railroad once started and further down to Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda. This town has since roman times hot spring fed thermal baths. From here on it became a walk in the park. A former railroad track was converted into a paved bicycle and walking track. Here we could make quick miles. Shortly before passing the destillerie Casa Cap d'Ona Céret the biketrail stopped and we had to walk along a minor road with beasically no traffic. At Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Corts we left the road and crossed to River Tech to follow gravel trails downriver. Passing by two lakes and TSJ - Téléski Saint Jean where some people where waterskiing along overhead wires and going around and around we arrived at our hotel just before another downpour arrived.
