Following a peaceful night under my tarp and breakfast with Danish "Rundstücken" (buns) I continued inlands. The first part was through forest to the country road. From this paved road on the path was marked again. Along this road and through open fields the former railway line Ebeltoft - Trustrup is reached. Leaving the railway tracks a longer stretch of forests is passed. At Ørnbjerg Mølle, a water mill, I stopped for lunch. This rest area has nice picnic tables. I continued through more forests and later open fields. Now the Baltic Sea came back in view. At a church a main thoroughfare is reached. This road has a separate path for bicycles and walkers and is used as E1 until reaching the access point of castle ruin Kalø. Partly along the Baltic coast, partly through forest Hestehave I arrived at Rønde. A bit off the path is the youth hostel located, my today's goal.
