The clouds moved away soon and became a long sunny and warm day. In the beginning I had to walk through Avellino until I reached the southern subburbs. Than it became an long easy ascent. It was a good hike except for the last bit to Sala. The map showed a red trail. Despite GPS-track I could not find it. Either it was totally grown over or did not exist. I wanted to spent the night at the B&B Anema. Here I was welcomed with tea and cookies. The hosts sister spoke good German. She soon arrived and we had a longer conversation. My room had a bathrobe and slippers. What a service. For dinner I went to their restaurant. The meal was very good. The restaurant only served coffee ater the meal. When arriving back at the B&B I got a jug of tea.
