Mölnlycke
Öjersjö 4 km plus Bus
Kasjön / Partille 2 km
Härkeshult 17 km
Hindås 12 km
In order not having to walk back along the road to Sjödala I decided to take the bus to Öjersjö. To get to the bus station I had to walk through Mölnlycke until reaching the motorway. The bus arrived as per schedule but payment of the ride turned out to be rather difficult. No cash, no credit card as was the case at Varberg but with season ticket or by phone. But this had to be a Swedish phone number which I did not have. The kind driver understood my difficulty and gave me a free ride. Following a short search I found the marked path to Öjersjö. Soon there was a sign indicating the turnoff to the youth hostel at Kasjön / Partille. Shortly after the Vildmarksleden, since Skatås running together with Bohusleden, splits from this path. The separation was well marked and the first part of the Wildmarksleden was shown on the Bohusleden map. In the beginning the path was well marked. Later there were sections that required some searching due to missing marks. At Lake Stentjärnarna was a nice shelter not marked on the map. Half way to Hindås at the road in Härkeshult was a picnic site. Thereafter were wet sections again and again. In the evening I arrived at Hindås. I staid at the local camp ground located at a lake.
Bohusleden and Vildmarksleden are on same path
