Noisy deer woke me up in the morning. Being up in the Harz mountains it was a lot cooler than previous mornings. I continued downhill to the town of Sieber. Here a thermometer only showed 10°C. But it became another sunny and warm day. In Sieber I saw many typicaol wooden houses. From Sieber down in the valley I had to climb back up to mountain Großer Knollen. I got some fresh waffles with hot tea. Now it really went downhill to Barbis and I left the mountains. Directly adjacent to E6 I stopped at a small kebab snack bar for a late lunch. Towards evening I arrived at a place correctly named Harzblick. Here I had a final and now from the south view of the Harz mountains. Soon I found a place for the night.
