Haselstein
Hünfeld 8,0 km
Hofbieber 13,5 km
I passed by the castle ruin Haselstein in the morning. The weather had completely changed. It was cloudy with a few raindrops. In the town of Hünfled is a museum for Konrad Zuse. Unfortunately it was closed. Konrad Zuse had introduce the first fully functional programmable calculator of the the world on May, 123. 1941 named Z3. He is the "father" of all computers. In front of the museum is a light installation like a punched tape build into the road. When the museum is open the programming will be shown with this installation.
With this poor weather I decided to stay at Hofbieber at inn Sondergeld. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. The nearest restaurants could only be reached by car. I went to the local supermarket and bought buns and some spreads to prepare dinner in my room.
