Today I wanted to walk until Wendisch-Langendorf. Most of the time I walked in clear view of the peninsula Zingst which is a National Park in this section. Between the peninsula and the path are Boddengewässer with different names. At Kinnbackenhagen the path along the dyke is blocked. Locals advised me that I could nevertheless walk along the dyke. They would do it too. However the path is blocked to guard the cranes. Here is a major Crane Reserve, so I rather staid on the official path. During times of the year there is the highest concentration of cranes in Europe. I followed the path through the forest to a look out site. Shortly thereafter the path follows the forest edge until reaching Bisdorf. In Wendisch-Langendorf I found that no one was willing to rent a room for one night only. So I had to continue until Klausdorf. Here it was no problem to find a room for the night.
