Early in the morning I went by train to Blankenese. Weather forcast promised a cold but sunny day. It was to be a cold day. But the sun came only out for a short time around lunch. From the station I went down many stairs to reach the banks of river Elbe. Here I ran into fog and subsequently there wasn't much to be seen of the river or any passing ships. Via memorial Bismarckstein and the Falkensteiner Ufer I went through forest until arriving at Sülldorf. Here I crossed the railway tracks and soon turned off into the lowlands of brook Wedeler Au. Onwards I went through the forest Klövensteen. Here the markings left a lot to be desired. Thereafter I left Hamburg and soon reached Pinneberg's district Waldenau. Then I passed through the meadows near brook Düppenau; unfortunately many times on paved roads. In Halstenbek I first went under the railway und than across motorway 23. Upon leaving Rellingen I entered the areas of tree nurseries. Left and right there are these nurseries. And partly the E9 crosses through their middle. Soon I arrived at today's target the bus stop at Hohenraden from where I returned home.

At these due to possible flooding raised electric cabinets across from the ferry pier at Hamburg-Blankenese and below restaurant Sagebiel's Fährhaus E1 and E9 are separating again.
