Starting in Roggow / Rogowo I walked near the beach until Kolberger Deep / Dzwirzyno. Here I had to cross the discharge of lake Kamper See into the Baltic Sea. From here on I was back on E9. Upon passing the village and walking along side the road and partly in a forest E9 returned to the Baltic Sea. Gribow / Grzybowo is passed near the beach. Soon after Kolberg / Kolobrzeg is reached. Before crossing river Persante / Parseta an industrial estate is passed. Near the light tower I had an extensive fish lunch. The light tower affords a great view. After the lunch break I continued along the board walk passing many new apartment buildings. I came by the pier which is with 220 m the second longest in Poland and went on on a nice sandy path. Then the path turns away from the sea towards Podczele. Now I had to follow highway 11 until markings indicated a return to the coast. Soon I arrived at Ziegenberg / Sianozety and then at Henkenhagen / Ustronie Morskie. Following quite some search I found a simple quarter for the night.
