We had planned to spent a day of rest in Bagnères de Luchon and booked an apartment for two nights. There were two options of getting to town. We could follow the GR10 via Lac d'Oo and Col de la Coumme at 2.272m or take a roadwalk via the village of Oô. What do you think we did? Of course we voted for the shorter and so much easier roadwalk. What we had not expected where the number of cars coming up towards the lake. We stopped at Oô for a nice cup of tea. Besides the cars we encountered many cyclists. The Tour de France had come by in 2025 which was well marked along the road. Once we arrived in town we had our favourited food piza. It was very hot in town. At Lidl we resupplied for the next 5 days. The day of rest was really a zero day for us. we just rested.
