I had a late start in the morning and arrived at the local supermarket shortly after opening hours. It soon became warm in the sun. I followed paved roads until arriving at Valleråmoen. Here I left the valley and started climbing along a gravel road utill arriving at Dølbekksætran. Now the road left the forest and it became windy and quite a bit cooler.

 

Finally I had to leave the road and follow a real trail. It was well marked and impossible to miss but turned out to be rather rocky. This made for rather slow moving. I was the only one staying at Korsberghytta. First thing I started the stove to warm up the hut. Then I selected my dinner from the available selection of food. This system of food stores in many of the huts is really helpfull. I had to carry a lot less food then I would have otherwise.
