During the night it had showered on and off. When looking out the tent at 6am next morning all I could see where clouds. Nevertheless I got up and started moving once I had finished breakfast and packed up my stuff. After a short while I came out of the clouds. The trail was easy to hike so that I arrived around lunch at DNT Haukeliseter. This is one of the major DNT huts located directly adjacent to the major road E134. The last part of the trail was rather steep down to the road. As no one developes a trail in Norway there where several options near each other leading down the mountain instead of one trail that is followed by everyone. This is ruining the hillside.

 

At the hut I had dinner, a nice shower and a bit of time to rest. I bought a new beany as I had lost mine somewhere along the trail. And here I met an Amercian hiker whom I had met last year in Sweden while hiking Gröne Bandet. What a small world we are living in.
