Today became the second last day before arriving at the southern end of Norway. I continued along the paved road all the way to Lyngdal. The traffic was not too bad. It was a mostly cloudy day. Only towards evening it cleared up. At the supermarket Landhandel at Moi I stopped shortly and got an ice cream. At Lyngdal which is down at sea level I stopped for lunch at an Asian restaurant. On I went along road 4078 which took me to Spangereid. On my map it looked streight forward to walk. However it is a long climb up along the winding road followed by some ups and downs before finally arriving back at sea level. Here at Spangereid I staid for the night and set up my tent at the local campground. After dinner I soon retired for the night.
