Up and down it went through the mountains "Hüttener Berge" (well, mountains is a bit overblown just like the Harburg mountains in Hamburg), as the greatest elevation is just 106 m. From mountain "Aschberg" I had a great view. This youth hostel is only open to groups.  Luckily in Osterby I got a quick lunch just before closing time. On the last stretch to Eckernförde it started to rain lightly. From the youth hostel I would have had a fantastic view of the fjord. For dinner I had to walk into the old town.
