Continuing slowly ascending in the valley of River Skaitielva I arrived at Argaladhytta. Then I left the birch forest behind and I went on in the now bare valley. Green mostly wet parts changed with rocky sections. Finally I could see the Lake Balvatnet. Short of reaching the lake shore I had to wade through River Skaitielva. At the lake shore I had a rather late lunch break. It was rather windy with gusts coming from the lake. Following the shore I later had to cross another river, the Låggejåhkå. Same procedure as every time: getting out off the boots, raising the pant legs, putting on the Crocks, wading through the river and doing everything in reverse at the other shore. A bit from the lake I found a wind less spot for the night.
