After my usual breakfast of cereals I started walking through the village Skorovatn. This used to be a mining town. Once the mine was closed down the miners left and the mining company sold the houses. They are now mostly vacation homes. There is one pub with a huge collection of beers and a super market that is open for two hours after lunch; of course far too late for me. Just past the store I arrived at the main road towards Røyrvik. This meant I had a day of road walking with luckily very little traffic ahead of me.
The road passes by the hamlet of Stallvikgrenda and a few isolated farm houses. After a while I arrived at the shore of Lake Tunnsjøen with two tall islands. Near shelter Övre Mykkevikseter E1 leaves the road while I continued on the road. Soon it became lunch time. Towards evening I had left the lake and arrived at Lake Limingen. Here I found a nice spot for the night.
