It started off very rocky but dry. Before getting away from Lake Langvatnet I came across a short but difficult stretch. The trail went from boulder to boulder across a lake outlet. Slipping off one of these boulders would have made me swimming in the cold lake. That was not a fun part. It staid rather rocky all the way to near Mountain Bolhovd. Here I had a lunch break in the starting rain. Now the trail became better and better which clearly helped in the rain. Finally I arrived at DNT Geiterygghytta. I got a bed in the bunkroom and could dry out my wet raingear, boots and back pack.
